Attractions
Big City Sites
My favourite city for nightlife is Toronto, as it has such a multicultural feel, with so many different restaurants and theatres.
-Chris Hadfield, Famous Astronaut
Canada's biggest city dazzles with attractions that run the gamut from the western hemisphere's tallest freestanding structure, the CN Tower, to reminders of Toronto's roaring past, such as the stately Casa Loma. And if you need, a break from the hustle and bustle, Toronto boasts more than it's fair share of serene parks. Check out some of Toronto's best sites below.
CN Tower
Once the world's tallest freestanding structure, the CN Tower is still the tallest in the western hemisphere. And it continues to act as the enduring symbol of Toronto. A glimpse of the CN Tower says “I am in Toronto”. Don’t miss the breathtaking views from the viewing decks, either.

Casa Loma
If the CN Tower is the definitive symbol of Toronto in the modern era, Casa Loma represents its heady past. This photogenic Gothic Revival mansion was built early in the 20th Century and is a testament to Toronto's explosive growth during that era. You can tour the grand interior or leisurely stroll through the well-maintained gardens.

Theatres
Toronto is known for its abundance of theatres. All the biggest international productions hit town, and the homegrown productions are excellent as well. From musicals to murder mysteries to comedies, Toronto's theatres entertain without fail. Some of the best known theatres include the Prince of Wales, The Second City, and CanStage

Royal Ontario Museum
The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is a museum of art, world culture and natural history in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is one of the largest museums in North America and the largest in Canada. It attracts more than one million visitors every year, making the ROM the most-visited museum in Canada.
